Welcome to Myrentals, a cloud-based property management system (“the Service”) operated by Myrentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Myrentals. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Myrentals provides online tools for property management, including but not limited to:

• Rent collection and payment processing
• Lease and tenant management
• Maintenance request tracking
• Financial and occupancy reporting

We may update or modify our features at any time to improve user experience.

4. Account Registration

To access full functionality, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Immediately notifying Myrentals of any unauthorized access

Myrentals is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Myrentals offers both free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You authorize Myrentals to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees unless canceled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Myrentals for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Upload harmful code, malware, or unauthorized data
• Misuse personal information of tenants or third parties
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on Myrentals (logos, design, text, graphics, etc.) are owned or licensed by Myrentals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your rental management needs.

9. Service Availability

Myrentals strives for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails or subscription expires
• Your actions threaten the security or integrity of the platform

Upon termination, your access to data may be restricted or deleted after a defined retention period.
